Chief Executive Officer - Matt Norton
Matt Norton has fifteen years commercial marketing experience launching new products and managing brands with some of the world’s leading brand owners including Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline and Royal Bank of Scotland amongst others.
In the midst of this he gained valuable experience as Managing Director for Ireland, and subsequently European Business Development Director for a German-based eBusiness consultancy – Syzygy. Prior to joining Sentry Wireless Matt mentored 40 start-up businesses as Acting Programme Manager for the Hothouse Incubator Programme gaining valuable experience on start-up businesses and insights into Enterprise Ireland and others within the investment community.
Founder & Chief Technology Officer - Ciaran Bradley
Ciaran is a messaging systems and SIM expert who has worked in Ireland and the UK for technology companies such as Mapflow, Anam Mobile and the Caudwell Group. He has over 12 years experience of delivering mobile solutions for, amongst others, Vodafone, O2, Sony Ericsson, Meteor and BT Mobile in Ireland, the UK, the US and Hong Kong.
Vice President of Sales - Graham Herbert
Graham (Herbert) has over 20 years sales and business development experience in IT. After successful management positions at Motorola and Timeplex Graham worked with early stage / start up technology companies to establish them in Europe and Asia.
Graham joins Sentry Wireless from Cloudmark, a messaging security company for both fixed and mobile operators. At Cloudmark, Graham was the 'first person in territory' and helped build a multi million $ revenue stream from a zero base, achieving the company's first direct wins in Europe with the regions major Telco's and Service Providers.
Prior to Cloudmark, Graham also worked with Tut Systems, Tasman Networks and Edgeon Systems, in each case successfully developing the business in Europe from a zero base and establishing a presence with the major European operators.
Chief Operations Officer - Sharon Kiernan
Sharon Kiernan has 18 years operational experience within both mid-large sized multinationals and start-ups. Sharon has a wealth of hands-on experience of service delivery other key critical business areas such as the negotiation and subsequent management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the ‘due diligence’ process both for investors as well as large clients.
Chairman of the Board - Stephen Brewer
Stephen Brewer joined the board at the end of 2007 as Chairman. Stephen has an outstanding track record in mobile telecoms over the last twenty years. As Chief Executive of Eircell in Ireland, he built it into one of the country’s leading companies before managing its sale to Vodafone in Ireland’s largest ever corporate deal at that time for over €3.6bn.
As CEO of Vodafone (Ireland) he oversaw its transition from a stand-alone national company to an integral part of the Vodafone Group. In addition, he has also held senior commercial positions with France Telecom, Vodafone UK, Cable & Wireless Caribbean and the Digicel Group.
